Our Groups Youth@Emsdale is our main youth outreach
program to 8-12 year-olds. From 7 to
8:15 PM Wednesday nights, this youth outreach is a cross between a boys and
girls club, and a traditional youth group. ACW stands for
the ‘Anglican Church Women’. This
group focuses on raising money, primarily for outreach, and providing hospitality
ministry within the church. The Sunday School
takes place downstairs in the youth hall during Sunday worship. APW stands for
the ‘Anglican Parish Workers’. This
group also focuses on raising money, primarily for outreach. The Contemporary Worship
Group meets once a week to practice for leading our contemporary
worship on Sunday morning. Other Groups Include: The girls weekly workout group, our various
bible studies and discipleship groups, the stewardship committee, Parish
Council, Lay Reader’s guild and our regular Christianity 101 groups for those
looking for baptism, marriage or confirmation in our church.
